Oh no...the Precious has an owwie - somehow the plastic has cracked, and I put a plaster on it to protect it until I can get at it with some Super Glue.

Is it new-ish (1 year old or so)? Mine had the same problem, and Apple fixed it FOR FREE. Apparently, the faceplate on the keyboard for that generation MacBook is junk.
Hope it's feeling better soon.
