Ooooh, I've never used live yeast. How do you get it? Does someone have to "grow" it??
You can ask for it at the bakery counter at Tescos or Sainsburys! I've never done it, but apparently they will sell you a bit if you ask...it all seems a bit under the counter to me, a bit *nudge*nudge*wink*wink*! No idea how it's made, but it produces the most lovely moist fluffy bread you can imagine.
